The Behind-the-Scenes Hero

Iglutheca has been so blessed to have a community member, Marsha Tibbitts, working as our executive assistant for the last 6 months! She helped Iglutheca get organized and improved our communication.

When Marsha told me that she was offered a job with more hours, my heart sank because I thought I would lose her excellent help. Instead of telling me that she was leaving, she told me that she was going to take that job but keep working for Iglutheca as a volunteer!

Marsha has been an incredible help, and I am not sure where we would be without her volunteering!
